I originally came in just for a haircut and treatment because I was hesitant about coloring after a previous experience at another salon, where I asked for a natural look and ended up with regular highlights.
The stylist was very attentive and made me feel comfortable right away.
He explained everything clearly, listened to my preferences, and gave helpful advice on what would suit my face and skin tone best. Introduced air touch technique and I decided to give it a try. The result turned out awesome — color looks very natural and well blended, even better than the reference photo I showed.
I was also worried about my hair feeling dry after coloring, but it stayed soft, especially after the treatment. The haircut came out exactly how I wanted.
